A fundraiser employed by the East Anglian Air Ambulance has been found guilty of theft and false accounting.

Richard Green has denied taking £2,500 given to the Air Ambulance charity. Working on a 10% commission on funds raised, Green worked for the East Anglian Air Ambulance between January and August 2001.

A jury at Ipswich Crown Court found him guilty after hearing how three cheques had not been entered into the charity’s accounts by Green.
