Guardian Charity Awards 2004 shortlist announced

The shortlist of 30 charities for the Guardian Charity Awards 2004 has been
announced.
The five final winners will each be awarded £5,000 from Sainsbury’s and a brand new PC from smartchange. Final judging will take place in August and the winners will be announced at the prestigious award ceremony in October 2004.
