Single online donation of £20,000 handled by Bmycharity

A single donor yesterday made an online donation of £20,000 through Bmycharity’s secure online fundraising service.
The UK-based donor gave £20,000 in a single online transaction on 20 December 2004, setting a new record for the largest donation ever processed by Bmycharity.
Although a record, this gift demonstrates that substantial gifts can be and are being made online.
