NCVO publishes advice for charities on sharing back office services

The National Council for Voluntary Organisations’ (NCVO) Collaborative Working Unit (CWU) has today published ./guidance for voluntary and community organisations (VCOs) considering sharing services such as human resources, finance, IT or premises and administration.
The publication is the first in a series of
‘models of collaborative working’ that the CWU will produce to offer advice and ./guidance to VCOs looking to embark on collaborative working. Entitled Sharing back office services, this model introduces the possible structures for sharing back office services and describes areas to consider before going ahead.
