Virgin Radio to announce £10,000 charity winner on Monday

Radio presenter Christian O’Connell on Virgin Radio will announce on Monday morning the winner of his “Who’s Calling Christian?” competition. The celebrity which wins will be given £10,000 to donate to charity, and £10,000 will also be given to the person who asked the celebrity to phone in.
Listeners are being encouraged to vote for their favourite celebrity from the 153 who have phoned in. Celebrities who have taken part include Alastair Campbell, Ben Affleck, Avid Merrion, George Foreman, Joe Pasquale, Brian May, Kathy Burke and Martin Freeman.
Voting closes at 07.00 on 6 November.
