Age Concern England renews contract with PTF

Age Concern England have renewed their contract with Personal Telephone Fundraising Limited and will be working exclusively with the Brighton-based outbound telemarketing agency over the next year to retain and develop their active cash and regular donors by telephone.
Carol Boyes, Fundraising Manager at Age Concern, said: “We have worked with PTF for over four years, and have been impressed with the consistently high quality of their fundraising calls, their strategic input and ./guidance and their flexibility to our needs.
“Telephone fundraising forms an important and integral part of our overall fundraising strategy, and we look forward to working with PTF to further develop and enhance our telephone activity this year.”
