Developing a community-driven map mashup with Platial Mapkit

I’m exploring the potential of Platial.com’s Mapkit to see if there are any ways we can use it for fundraising or supporting fundraisers.
There are just two locations added, but why not add your own charity’s HQ to the map? Or if you’re a fundraising agency, add yourself to the map?
Or we could develop another map to offer a map of fundraising events?
This map is moderated so there will be a delay before any submissions appear on it.




Any other ideas? What other ways could we use this kind of map service to improve fundraising?
