AuctionAds offers new automated source of income for websites

Howard Lake | 13 July 2007 | Blogs

AuctionAds is a new service that enables website owners to feature contextually relevant eBay auctions on their web pages and earn a commission on actions taken by the visitors on those adverts. It defines actions as a Winning Bid, a Buy-it-Now or a confirmed user registration.
There is no charge to set up or run the programme, and it takes less than a minute to generate the code necessary to paste into a website.
In addition service users can benefit from its affiliate programme: if a user clicks on the “Ads by AuctionAds” that is displayed and signs up for their service, the website owner earns a bonus 2% of all revenue generated by that user for the next six months.
As with Google AdSense and other automated methods of generating commission-based adverts, website owners can customise the size and appearance of the adverts.
