Third Sector reports that Guide Dogs for the Blind has discovered that pups perform better during training after listening to classical music. My mutts, Jackal and Heidi, have long known about the therapeutic benefits of the classics and regularly tune into Classic FM…it really chills them out!
I do hope GDB can turn this find into a fundraising initiative and thus look forward to the prospect of buying my doggies a classical compilation sold in aid of the charity for next Christmas. I’m sure the likes of HMV might consider producing this on a pro bonio basis.
