Mercy Ships UK appoints its first Community Fundraiser

Mercy Ships UK has appointed its first Community Fundraiser in the South West region as part of its efforts to expand its activity in the UK.
Christine Hartley joined Mercy Ships this month with more than six years experience in the fundraising sector. Working with volunteers, she will cover fundraising activities across areas Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Bristol.
She joined Mercy Ships from Muscular Dystrophy Campaign where she was regional Fundraising Manager for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. Before that she worked as Community Fundraiser for Barnardo’s.
