Occam launches new version of list exchange system

Occam, the data base solutions provider, has launched a new version of Reciprocate, its list exchange system for charities.

Occam developed the Reciprocate list exchange system in 1993 to maximise the effectiveness of exchange mailings.

The new updated version will now enable Occam to select reciprocal swapping lists for its clients by gender. For example, women only can now be selected, making swaps even more responsive than on previous versions. Names can also be selected by a greater range of recency than before; previously these were limited to 0-24 months recency. This can now be operated from 0-6 months, 7-12 months, 13-18 months and 19-24 months onwards.

Reciprocate also functions as a valuable source of charity giving data. Its database now comprises 110 charity clients with 28 million supporters. Clients include RNIB, NCDL, RNID, Amnesty International, WWF, Friends of the Earth, Age Concern and Sight Savers International.
