Institute to develop new distance learning facility

The Institute of Fundraising has secured a grant of £95,000 from the Lloyds TSB Foundation of England and Wales to develop a new distance-learning route to the Certificate in Fundraising Management.
The facility is being created by the Open University and the Institute says that its content will be up to date drawing on the latest information and knowledge. It expects to launch the service later in 2003 with the first students starting in Spring 2004.
