Two new courses for schools fundraisers

ASK Associates has announced two seminars in February 2006 for fundraisers at educational institutions covering service provision for alumni and the high profile issue of public benefit.

The next two ASK seminars will take place on 7 and 8 February 2006 at the Chartridge Conference centre in Buckinghamshire.

“New Trends in Alumni Relations”, to be held on 7 February, will look at best practice at home and abroad and help define both the structure and methodology for a successful alumni relations programme.

On February 8 ASK’s seminar we will concentrate on “Funding Scholarships and Bursaries” which ASK describe as “the current Holy Grail of educational fundraising” and an area “with the greatest scope for new and innovative approaches”.

Both seminars will be led by ASK’s principal consultants, Margaret Abbott and Julian Smyth, and the £225 fee is inclusive of documentation, lunch, all day refreshments and VAT.
