Institute of Fundraising Offers a Year's Free Membership and Pass to Convention 2008

Howard Lake | 6 July 2007 | Newswire

The Institute of Fundraising (‘Institute’) is offering one individual the chance to win a year’s free membership and pass to all three days of National Convention 2008 , to coincide with the launch of its new website, www.institute-of-fundraising.org.uk.
The prize draw runs until 11 July 2007, the last day of this year’s National Convention. To be in with a chance of winning this special prize, all you have to do is sign up to the site as a non-member – or log on as a member – and you’ll be automatically entered. The winner will be announced on 12 July 2007.
The Institute’s new website has been re-branded and updated with new content. A new members-only area allows fundraisers to join our debates on current issues, access new online member benefits and receive exclusive member-only resources. A new online booking system and improved navigation allows greater ease of access. Further features of the site include:
– Legal and best practice information, ‘how to’ information and FAQs
– Case studies
– Professional development information
– Polls, questionnaires and quizzes to find out how much you know about fundraising
Lindsay Boswell, Chief Executive of the Institute of Fundraising, says:
Our enhanced website will really improve the experience of belonging to the Institute for our members. It will also provide non-members with information about fundraising and the Institute’s role in our sector. We’re pleased to offer the incentive of a year’s free membership and pass to National Convention 2008 to mark the launch of our new website, and wish all entrants in the prize draw the best of luck.”
