WeePlaces – Visual History of your Foursquare adventure!

Howard Lake | 11 August 2010 | Blogs

I am very happy to share this one with you! WeePlaces.com allows anyone with Foursquare account to visualize their geo-location based gaming experience and embed it in a nice, historical context. It seems like a simple solution, but takes our Foursquare experience to the next level. The site is easy to use – all you need to do is link it with your Foursquare account. It will also allow you to see your friends who already used the service and compare your maps. You can also share it to Facebook and Twitter. I would love to see option of sharing to YouTube too;) What I personally like though is the fact you can set up your own visualization as private, if you wish to do so. All those elements prove good thinking and brilliant execution. There is also a different aspect of the entire idea: what we see here is a way of customizing our Foursquare experience, just the same way we have seen it happening with Twitter. It is a beginning of great palette of tools we can all use for our day-to-day activities. Really good start!
